Once again, our Christmas Rally provided a good mix of displays to watch, keep fit sessions to take part in. (oh, and not forgetting free mince pies, the raffle, and a chance to do some early Christmas shopping!). Where else can you get all of that for £7 for members, I hear you say!!
Thanks to your donations, we were able to raise £60 for the Alzheimer’s Society, our Association’s charity for 2018.
Our Rally opened with a lively performance by Sarah Lawson’s seated group, using pompoms. The County Team gave its final performance of the current item produced by Lesley Wyman.
Our two sessions were ably led by Julie Upshall who took us through some Fitsteps routines and our very own Donna Ward.
Chris Stannard and Lesley Wyman reprised their duo “Alter Ipse Amica” (or, “a friend is another self”) to the music of “Moonlight” by The Piano Guys. They choreographed and performed this piece for the KFA National Championships in Nottingham in June 2017
