East Sussex February Festival

On February 10th 2018 East Sussex held a ‘February Festival’. A rally to ‘Banish those Winter Blues’

This was a new venture offered free to our KFA Members to include a Ploughman’s Lunch to show our thanks for their loyalty to East Sussex KFA over the last few years. Everybody was asked to wear bright colours. Members were greeted with a hot drink and biscuits on arrival to allow time for socialising and catching up with their friends before taking part in the lively Keep Fit session taken by Rosemary Quinnell which had a Latin American theme.

A very welcome, and delicious ploughman’s lunch prepared and served by our Catering ladies followed, with fresh fruit salad for dessert. The raffle table saw a brisk trade. Everyone went home happy, some with a lucky win if a raffle prize but all with a smile having “banished those winter blues” and a request , “please can we do it again next year”?
