Two Training Opportunities looking at Laban’s Effort Actions

Saturday 18th March 2023 10:00 am to 3:15 pm

10:00 am to 12:30 pm (2.5 hours)

In the morning Sue Bennett will introduce you to Laban’s effort actions and develop them using relationships

12:45 pm to 3:15 pm (2.5 hours)

In the afternoon Lisa Terry will link these to Laban’s diagonal scale and show you how to use them to create interesting and physically challenging choreography.

Cost £10 morning only or £20 for the day

Tea/Coffee will be provided. Bring your own lunch and water.
