Session 2 – Apparatus for you

Refresh your skills and knowledge to give you the confidence to introduce apparatus into your classes.

Experienced class members and those interested in Laban Dance fitness or Sit & Stay Fit teacher training are welcome to attend.

Attendance at both sessions attracts a discounted fee of £20 for KFA teachers and £10 for class members and others.

Bring a light lunch and water in plastic bottles. Tea/coffee will be provided.
