Exploring moving within and through the Levels. A short part of the session will be devoted to the safe teaching floorwork.

Bring a light lunch and water in plastic bottles. Tea/coffee will be provided. Insufficient number booked by this date may result in the day being cancelled. Etc

The session will include a short working break when hot beverages will be provided. Please bring  own water.
