June Heath delivered a heartfelt performance titled “Forever Friends” at the festival, celebrating the enduring friendships formed through the Keep Fit Association. June’s journey with keep fit began in 1957 when she saw a group of happy ladies leaving a sports pavilion, inspiring her to join her first keep fit class. Since then, it has been a journey filled with happy faces and supportive friends who have helped smooth out any bumps along the way.
