Open to all Keep Fit Association teachers and trainers, Concordat 2017 returns with a packed programme of exciting workshops providing over 10 hours of training for you to claim. We have more Laban based sessions than ever giving you the most up to date knowledge and inspiration for your choreographic toolkit.

We are proud to announce two specialist external tutors running sessions on both Saturday and Sunday.
Rachel Liggitt
A supremely motivated dance artist, educator and coach, rachel has proven expertise in training using Laban Principles of Movement. Rachel will lead sessions based around –
- Spatial body actions using Laban as your choreographic tool
- The use of qualitative relationships in Laban’s analysis
Judith Lee
As a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist leading the Women’s Health Physiotherapy Team at Nottingham University Hospitals Judith is committed to the promotion of healtha and fitness in the childbearing year and after gynaecological surgery. Judith will lead sessions on –
- The benefits of working on posture for seated classes
- The life and times of the pelvic floor
You will stay at the Hilton Leicester just 5 minutes from Brockington College where you can make the most of the indoor pool, sauna and steam room as the bar and restaurant during social time!
