On 1 March 2025, the East Midlands Keep Fit Association hosted a lively Let’s Dance with Lynne session at St Crispin Community Centre, Northamptonshire. Led by National Chair Lynne Dowdican, the event welcomed both seasoned Keep Fit members and newcomers for an inspiring afternoon of Laban Dance Fitness, friendship, and connection.

The session, running from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM, offered participants the chance to engage in Lyrical Laban Dance, exploring creative movement set to the music of Paul Weller’s album “66”. The atmosphere was filled with energy, enthusiasm, and shared joy, reinforcing the idea that dance is for everyone—at any age.
Attendees embraced the fluid and expressive choreography, celebrating movement as a form of fitness, self-expression, and community-building.
