Keep Fit Association are thrilled to be part of the classfinder Online Group Ex Fest supported by EMD UK. This will be a full weekend of fantastic movement dance and exercise from across a range of fitness and movement brands. It’s in aid of Get Yer Kit On, powered by Community Fitness Network who work to support young women around the UK to access physical activity and promote positive mental health.
Keep Fit Association are front and centre with two sessions on Saturday 26th September from 2.30pm – 3.15pm and Sunday 27th September from 4.00pm – 4.45pm.
