The Keep Fit Association is so pleased that we have been awarded funds from the National Lottery and Sport England to help tackle inequalities, by producing a DVD to help get people moving using the great ‘Keep Fit’ way. Here is a short trailer of that DVD and we look forward to hearing from all the project beneficiaries telling us how helpful the DVD has been to them.

“This is amazing news. We recognise how important it is to keep everyone active, especially now. We really wanted to reach out to those people may not be able to access traditional classes, or access technology to join in with movement and dance options available. Our DVD tackles that inequality. It offers older adults and those who may have long term health conditions a great option to keep active in their own homes, until such time as they can get back to traditional classes”.
