The Keep Fit Association National Championships is held every two years and alternates with the Keep Fit Association National Festival.
We returned to The Albert Hall, Nottingham for the 2023 National Championships on Saturday 10 June 2023. The event showcased the work of the Keep Fit Association and the talented producers and competitors who took part in the event.
