To be recognised three years running places the KFA in an elite category of training providers—affirming our role as a leading force in community fitness education and professional development.
Our training products of Laban Dance Fitness and Sit & Stay Fit are designed to empower instructors with the knowledge, confidence, and awareness needed to deliver safe, inclusive, and inspiring movement & dance experiences. From safeguarding policies to lyrical movement content, every aspect of our provision is built on integrity, collaboration, and care.
