What a remarkable day.
Eight exceptional teachers and over 400 brilliant participants joined on-line to kick start the year. Every session had over 200 attendees and we raised over £5,000 for Parkinson’s UK in just one amazing day.
It was an Extravaganza that the Keep Fit Association are truly proud of.
