Dear Members and Friends,
It is my pleasure to invite you to the Keep Fit Association’s National Festival 2026, taking place on Saturday 6 June at the iconic Albert Hall in Nottingham. This year’s theme, “Moving Together – Connections Through Dance,” perfectly captures the spirit of our community and the joy we share through movement.
2026 marks a remarkable milestone—our 70th anniversary! For seven decades, the KFA has empowered individuals, built lasting friendships, and celebrated the creative power of Laban dance. This festival is not just an event; it’s a tribute to our legacy and a bold step into the future.
With a fresh production team led by Kathryn Bentley (Events Director) and Lisa Terry (Show Producer), you can expect a vibrant, diverse program that honours our traditions while showcasing innovation and creativity. Our Keep Fit Association regions will present unique performances, from expressive movement pieces to dynamic apparatus work, reflecting the talent and passion of our members.
