We are proud that the Keep Fit Association is just that – an association – and it is our members who voluntarily organise our social events held both Nationally and locally. We like to recognise this commitment and so annually present our National Volunteer of the Year Award to one of our hundreds of volunteers who help make our association a happy, friendly organisation.
