For those of you who were at the AGM om Saturday 30th September you will have already heard the sad news that, after many dedicated years, our wonderful President Janice Moore has decided to retire as our President.
Janice will still be a very important person within the Keep Fit Association, but she feels now is the right time to put her feet up.
We had great pleasure in introducing our new President, Cathy Washbrooke. Cathy comes to us steeped in expertise and passion for Laban Dance and is already an inspiration to many through her work with us on Laban Dance Training.
I am delighted Cathy has accepted the role and look forward to working with her on many projects for the benefit of our beloved Keep Fit Association.
