We are proud of our history as an association. We would not be what we are without the passion and loyalty of our many volunteer members who give their time, enthusiasm and energy to run our social and charity fund raising events. Our nine regions and the branches/areas within them are all run by volunteers as well. We recognise this by running national Keep Fit Association volunteer of the year awards each year and present the awards at the national annual general meeting.
