Once again Carpe Diem – the West Midlands KFA team produced by Shirley Shergold will be competing at the KFA National Championships on the 17th and 18th June at the Albert Hall Conference Centre, Nottingham.
If you have been to this event before, you will know what a wonderful celebration it is of the very best of KFA movement, exercise and dance. The Carpe Diem team has participated in every competition since the start and always delivers a slick, well-polished performance. They have frequently won, or been placed in a number of categories.
Nottingham is not too far to travel for a day trip. You can spend the morning exploring this fascinating city and then the afternoon watching our brilliant KFA show. Finish off with a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants – Heaven!.
