Sue Bennett’s Playful Fitness Fusion at the 2024 Festival

Ahoy 1

Sue Bennett and her team reprised their fitness fusion item at the 2024 festival, showcasing their unique blend of fitness and fun. Donning yellow dungarees and Sou’westers, the team embraced a playful spirit. Although frequently mistaken for the Tweenies or Minions, the team demonstrated how Laban dance can be used for all physical objectives, including stamina.
The lively performance was inspired by the sea shanty “Wellerman.” The team has been thrilled to perform this at many events around the ‘Keep Fit’ country, including this year’s annual general meeting in the North West, where they managed to capture a brilliant picture of themselves by the actual sea.
